Cloud Migration and Deployment Services

Grove's team of Google Certified Deployment Specialists have extensive expertise with solution activation, deployment and data migration from a variety of incumbent platforms to your new cloud software solution.

Deployment:
Grove will both provision the service and oversee technical configuration. Concurrent training and guided administrator sessions ensure a smooth handover, after which our engineers will perform mailflow testing and complete a health-check to ensure that systems are operating at optimal performance levels.

Grove typically deploy Google Apps to an initial user base, allowing the client to review tools, processes and to plan deployment for the rest of the user base.

Ingestion/Data Migration:
Mail, contacts and calendar items are collected, encrypted and delivered to Grove, after which an engineer prepares and maps data for migration.

Grove's data migration solution then 'ingests' historical mail items to the Google Message Discovery archive. For example, customers running Exchange usually have PST and OST files on their network; Grove can upload these files for retention (up to 10 years) with no storage limitation.
