Postini enhances SaaS product |

Managed services vendor Postini has bolstered its Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offering, to help its channel stay competitive in the crowded managed security market place.
The vendor, which specialises in on-demand email security services, has added investigation management tools to its Messaging Archiving technology and has also strengthened its Email Security offering. On top of that it has added new capabilities to its on-demand management platform.
Peter Lorant, senior director Postini EMEA, said: “The security model is ever more suited to SaaS and the enhancements we are making to our products will deepen our existing services. We are very channel-focused in Europe, which will help create competitive offering for our resellers.”
Joss Ings-Chambers, sales director at Postini partner Grove IS, said: “We have a very close relationship with Postini and make full use of all the support and training it offers. It is truly a proper partnership.
