The Challenge

Before approaching Grove, Maxidor was using a paper-based field sales approach and were struggling to install their products as fast as clients expected. Their sales process relied on a paper-based catalogue, handwritten measurements, and paper quotations which often resulted in costly mistakes and slow turnaround.

The Solution

Grove developed a custom App that integrated the Maxidor G Suite account with their accounting systems. The solution enables salespeople to complete a quotation and measurements on site. Once the customer is ready to accept the order, they sign electronically on the touch screen of a tablet and the order is automatically uploaded to the Cloud.

The Result

The custom App increased customer satisfaction due to the on-site quotation and order system. Turnaround time on projects was fast-tracked, fewer mistakes were made, and Maxidor was able to measure sales across all regions in real-time accurately.
